back Story

The vision began with the inception of a family owned and operated transportation enterprise, circa 1979. Natalie, our founding consultant, was responsible for the administration of documents, safety policies & procedures for the family’s small business. Natalie took on the responsibility of maintaining manual log books, during that time, mileage, fuel and travel receipts coupled with the reconciliation of all documentation for insurance file audits and retrieval. 

Natalie further pursued corporate administrative and corporate training positions in several business settings, never leaving the family business’s paperwork incomplete. 

After realizing her true potential, Natalie came back to the family business with a spinoff of the company which became a huge success encompassing  lifestyle management, training, professionally and virtually. 

After careful consideration, she discovered her niche which most of her clientele were of the transportation industry, i.e., Owner/Operators, Motor coaches, and tractors.

After Natalie discovered her niche, she decided to change the course and operate in its entirety. Taking into consideration her true passion to help people. A prerequisite to the success of the business is  administering prompt and courteous client services which is now a permanent staple in the arsenal of excellence.

For over 14 years, Natalie, our founding consultant, has taken remarkable gratification in making order out of chaos for the many small businesses, politicians, the National Football League’s credentialing,  dedicated motor carriers, Corporate safety trainings for many companies, and technical colleges.
